We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to meet with with you / you and your child for an initial assessment. If treatment is recommended, Dr. Samra and Dr. Vincelette will discuss the options with you and explain the next steps for getting started. If treatment is not recommended because your child’s dentition is not sufficiently advanced, we will still be able to forecast future treatment needs and advise you of the timing for a re-assessment.
Both the Canadian and American associations of Orthodontics recommend the first orthodontic evaluation by age 7, therefore, the earlier you attend with your child, the better. An exam for your child is offered at no charge and all recall appointments up until your child is ready to start are also offered at no charge! (Note: Fees apply for any prescribed x-rays)
In-Office Exam
An in-office exam is conducted in-person with Dr. Samra and/or Dr. Vincelette at a time reserved especially for you. In-office exams take place at our state-of-the-art office at 3016 Yonge Street in Toronto during regular office hours.
